If I uninstall Rockstar Games Launcher will it uninstall my games too?

I'm slowly getting back into some PC gaming (CSGO mainly). I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 on a whim before realising that it will basically fill up my C drive (SSD). I just installed a new games G drive SSD and want to move everything over cleanly. I literally have Rockstar's launcher with RDR2, and Steam with only CSGO I care about (I know how to backup my configs and don't mind downloading that again).

I'd rather not have to re-download RDR2 so I'm currently moving it via the Rockstar launcher to my new drive. However I'm a bit OCD and want my Steam installer and Rockstar installer on there too. Seems like the only way to move Rockstar launcher is by uninstalling. It does have a 'scan for installed games' feature though.

tldr; If I move RDR2 to my new SSD, uninstall Rockstar Launcher, reinstall on my games drive... will it work?

This is what I did with GTA V that might work for you. I copied the GTA V install folder to another location first. Then I uninstalled GTA V and uninstalled Rockstar Games Launcher. Then I installed the launcher on another drive and kicked off the download for GTA V. When it was done downloading about 100 MB I closed down the Launcher and copied the GTA V folder that I backed up to the location where I started installing GTA V. Then I started the launcher again and it recognised that the whole game had downloaded so it was ready to play.
