If I wanted to go 144hz > 144fps, What should I pair with RX VEGA 56 PULSE?

I take it freesync is just the AMD version of G-Sync? I really want a full upgrade and experience 144hz > 144fps gaming.

Dota 2 / Apex Legends. Don't mind playing at 1080p but I guess having the option of 1440p high settings for non multiplayer games would be a nice option to have.

I've stayed clear of AMD since forever so need help with what options I should be looking at for the rest of the build.

If we say a budget of £1500 including the gfx card listed above + a monitor.

If your budget is £1500 then you should be looking at a better gfx card, IMO.

To be fair, you are both right though. If i'm going to upgrade properly I should be looking at the Vega 64 Nitro.
