hi i have a coersair 1200w psu and have noticed that when it comes to single sleeving it some of the cables are not in the same pin location at one end so thay twist over is there any way to get round this so they sit nice and also how to you single sleeve molex power that are in a daisy chain

No. Make sure you follow the cable path laid out. You can change how they wrap around each other, but simply put, don't change which pins they go into.

Try and put the crossover behind the motherboard tray, if you're single sleeving with alternating colours you could make the colour change back there as well. It wont look nice from the back, but behind your motherboard tray is where you hide all the ugly anyway.
