..were at Redbull between 2010 and 2013, would Vettel still have been champion for any or all 4 consecutive years? Or would either of those guys out driven him?

It would be close.

The thing about Vettel was that he was very consistent.

Ricciardo nor Verstappen have shown that same level of consistency.

We'll never know because back then the cars were V8s, handled differently and had less torque / off throttle blown diffuser and Vettel was a master of those cars.
