You want to play this game at a constant 60fps, then you need to buy the super duper £600 graphics card. However, the reality is that is will only do 58fps but don't fear!!!!!!! in six months you can buy the ti version for another £600 which gives you that required 2% real world improvement

And I dont see the problem with needing new hardware once in a while. Graphics aren't just going to magically get significantly better on their own. If we want to see continual progress, we need better and better hardware.
You also dont need to buy £600 GPU's.
