It's awesome!! Its like a whole new game.

To be honest the Nvidia 3D interests me, but it's £300 for a new monitor when i am already precfectly happy with the old one, and more out lay for better GFX cards and glasses etc.

There are going to be 3 or 4 different standards as well, i will wait until there is a clear winner and buy into that tech, by then it will be cheaper and more adavnced bigger monitors will be out

Playing 3-D games on a 22" lcd, possibly no.

Plyaing 3-D games on a 40"+ lcd, oh yes.

before the avatar movie i would have thought this was redic but after seeing that masterpiece maybe we should all try 3d vision all though the price of those shutter glasses are ridiculous

Agreed - I'm all for it as soon as they come up with 3D vision contact lens

Wearing them glasses everytime will get annoying

what about the POV thing where you have the headset and three monitors and it follows your head movements on screen?

You need at least an 8800GT nVidia GPU a 120Hz CRT, TFT or Projector and the 3D Vision kit

Motion sickness? The next gen cards will support surround 3D AFAIK

Or you need a normal TFT and the correct coloured glasses to try 3D Vision Discover if you just want a vague idea of what it all looks like.
