If your pay doesn't clear when it should

Say your paid every Monday and one day there is a processing error and it doesn't clear till wednesday. If you incur bank fees do you believe your employer to be responsible ?

But then following on from that, where do you think the line should be drawn, is it fair on those who were unaffected by the delay don't get money?

Ah, your getting me wrong, i'm on the other side of the fence, somebody made a mistake with the transfer and wages will be credited later than they should, i'm trying to get a feal for how people think they should be treated.

Compensate for any loss, simple as.

Much as I think your right, how is it fair that those who aren't running on the edge get money due to there situation where as those who weren't affected get nothing ?
