you could play only one game this year, what would it be?

I'd have to say Football Manager 2013, with Fallout coming second.

The depth and realism of FM 2013 is just simply amazing and could really last you a lifetime, if you like it.
 
If the choice was from a game released this year it would be Farcry 3, if from any game ever then probably either Diablo 2 or X3:Terran Conflict where the amount of hours i've put in over time is ridiculous.

Is this a joke, the ME is a disgrace and as for realsim, have you even played it since the latest patch ????!?!?!?!
 
Street Fighter IV, has a lot more long term potential than pretty much anything else, shame I get bored of it in the short term atm but I'm sure that'd be different if it's all I could play. :p

It's one of those rare games that has a huge community that you don't even need to interact with to be able to feel apart of it. You'll also always never master it and there's always something to learn.

It is probably the best game I've ever played (Par Starcraft: Brood War) and while Blizzard keep breaking the balance in various ways it's still the best game I've ever had the pleasure of playing. Only other three that come close are Vanilla WoW and CoD2/4.
 
If you can only play one game for a year then it has to be something open ended, basically a multiplayer game or something like FM. Restricting to SP only would probably make it more interesting.
