IGN Rewind Theater Software?

Does anyone know what software package is used (for video seek/playback control) in IGN's Rewind Theater videos?

My Google-Fu apparently isn't strong enough to find it anywhere.

I'd imagine their own custom GUI which they have made and then they can just render what ever they like onto it.

Yup, looks like a fake interface, notice how the VU style meter and the bubble effect in the colour palette are active even when the video inside is paused?, also nothing is labelled and the dials don't have any 1 to 10 (or 11 for that matter) markings.

Ahh, that would explain it. I thought it looked pretty slick to use.
