I recently purchased a Phanteks Fan Hub from Overclockers only to find it wasn’t compatible with my build. I have since sent a ticket regarding a return and refund process to no reply. It’s been a week now. Any advice?

Took 5 working days for my initial reply a couple of weeks ago and back and forth since has been 3-5 working days for each message. Currently 5 working days without a reply to my last message
I've given up frankly.

My order (£25) was also a low value order like yours and I'm just glad it's happened on an order like that and not a graphics card or something expensive I would be fuming!

The whole process is unprofessional, the first person to reply to my ticket had a footballer as their avatar. The second person had a some sort of cartoon character holding a gun! This stuff doesn't bother me just shows a lack of professionalism.

Best bit is I wrote an honest review of the product about it's poor quality and that's not gone on the website either so it's nice to know that reviews seemed to be cherry picked.

EDIT* i'll take the review bit back, just checked and it has gone on there.

I'll tag @Doric to see if they can help you

Wouldn't it be easier just calling them on the phone?

I’ve tried to contact them during their open hours, but as I only have time during a lunch break to do it, I’m limited by time choices. I’ve tried twice today waiting around 15 minutes in call to no reply.

Thank you and I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a similar experience. I too might give up but it’s a shame their customer service is poor.

Not really, an e-mail if the system worked is much more flexible. Same as others have suggested, I leave for work at 7 and just got in now. Last thing I want to be doing at half 5 of an evening is trying to get through to customer services.

Advice goes along the lines of, Dbl check compatibility before purchasing, wait longer it's a mere £25 on a "fun" item, and shop elsewhere if this isn't resolved with how you see fit.

Routinely chasing the same issue adds to the problem that could have possibly been prevented. Some stuff i know can't always be prevented, but there's nothing you can do but wait now sadly. I too wouldn't want to wait ages on the phone at work so just let the process operate.
