IGPU RAM usage issue

Chaps, finished my new build and am loving it, however, the IGPU when set to disabled is thill using RAM, how do I stop this?

Specs:

Asrock X870E WIFI Nova
9800X3d
64GB Gskill DDR5

Go into AMD CBS and couple of options in there, I saved about 500MB.

But for some reason the full 32GB isn't available mine says 31.6GB

Did that already bud, windows is saying something is still using 400MB of my system ram though, I know its not a massive deal but would be good if it used none :E

That makes a difference I set it to 16GB now windows shows 15.6GB total memory.
