IIS Serving PDFs Incorrectly

Here at work we have several IIS servers which serve invoices internally in PDF format.

Lately, one of them has taken to sending the PDF document directly to the browser (as plain-text gibberish) instead of instructing IE to display the PDF document in the Adobe reader.

How do I fix this?!

What's the mime type of PDFs set to?

Try setting it to: application/x-msdownload
