iiyama customer service

Hi all,

Well I'm not usually the type to make a post about amazing service but after dealing with iiyama I feel I have to!

My 2409HDS which I've had for an age has developed a rather nasty BUZZ unless the brightness is on full setting, I was happy to live with it as I like it bright anyway, but I thought I'd email them to see what they say.

I emailed this morning, they rang me 30 minutes later, asked me if it has any security tagging, I say no and then they arrange to come and swap it for a brand new one tomorrow! Not bad considering I was sure it was out of warranty. Its the little things like this which make me go back to a brand.

Now if only all customer services were created equal :)

Hmm now im kinda hoping my DGM monitor is broken so I got an excuse to get a new one cos digimate support is shocking and im seeing sum nice iiyama monitors :D
 
It's good when people report back with good service that they have had. I think I can sit happy knowing I too have an iiyama monitor with a 3yr warranty.
 
Blimey thats a bummer! hope my replacement works, do they just drop it off and pick up the faulty one? They know I have no packaging for the one here so god knows how that works....courier plus unboxed monitor=disaster though no doubt they will just bin it when they get it back anyway :)
 
Iiyama replaced my monitor a few years back and the service was pretty swift even with a massive heavy CRT :D

Yup great service, turned up at 9am this morning, straight swap over for a spanking new one! cant believe how much better it is than the one I returned, blacks are actually black now, its a miracle :p
