Just looking for some advice.
Last year, more precisely end of November 2018, I bought one 32" iiyama X3272UHS-B1.
As I didn't like the monitor, and it was past the time to return, it ended up as the Mrs monitor.
About 2 months ago had some issues with the screen, and after contacting customer service, it was arranged to exchange the faulty unit for a replacement.
Here started the issues.
Their first email, it was requested to return the faulty screen and mount, but no cables or any other thing.
All was packed as requested, using original box, etc.
Sadly, I wasn't home to check the contents of the replacement sent. Just the screen, which, after noticing the missing mount, customer service was contacted again.
First they tried to fob me off, but after highlighting the request for their first email, they recognised their mistake and promised to send the mount, which after several emails, hasn't been sent.
Is anyone aware of any steps I can take to get either a functional replacement or any other solution?
For over two months I'm unable to use the monitor, and refuse to buy a generic vesa, as later would be harder to sell it without the original mount.
The item was bought somewhere else, using a credit card through PayPal.

Get on the phone with them (Iiyama) if you can other than that speak to your CC company and see if they can get in contact with Iiyama, if they don't get it sorted maybe the CC can give you some cash to buy another stand/mount? Also you've got those e-mails to send to your CC which backs up what you've said.

I'm not sure he's protected by his CC. The OP said he bought it on CC but through Paypal. I assume what he means by that is that he bought it on Paypal and has his CC linked to Paypal which was then charged. If that's the case then his CC company have a contract with Paypal and not with Iiyama. I think he'll need to raise a Paypal claim.
