Hi I purchased a Iiyama HM903DT A monitor to compliment my PC that I bought with AJ's advice a coupla months ago.Anyway my probelm is that when I go to display options and choose 800x600 on 200 refresh rate my monitor just goes blank,well it says 'Monitor status fh/fv' and does some calculations then just turns itself off.I want to use this resolution and refresh rate because im into fast quake 2 style games and ive run a team in sof1 now for 5 years.My monitor and gfx card are well capable of this,in fact my card is capable of 240 refresh on 800x600 but my monitor only 200 so I wanna use that.My gfx card is a ASUS N6800GT eXtreme 256mg.Any help would be gladly appretiated.

iiyama have drivers for most of the monitors, possibly try the drivers for the monitor from the iiyama website

I have this monitor, the drivers are on their site, tbh though i've had similar problems with resolutions within the card and monitor specs, (particularly 1600x1200@100hz and 1280x1024@120hz), this is using my 6800ultra AGP, 6800gt SLI and 7800gtx SLI, so it's either an Nvidia/Iiyama issue or one of them's spec is out. You don't want to hear it but try reducing the frequency and see if that sorts it (after loading the drivers).

Ta m8,yer its not the only display prob ive had with it but most involve it going off on me or showing screen in sorta egg timer shape in centre of screen??I have got the .inf driver,like it aint on plug n play from the Iiyama site.Is it the .inf u mean my m8?

Yes, it's something like HM903DA.inf, update the driver through Device manager and you should be good to go.
