I just got a 55" Prolite TE5512MIS Touchscreen Monitor. I put it into kiosk mode, and it says in the manual to press input + 2580 on the remote to bring up the debug menu and disable the kiosk mode - but it doesn't do anything when I do that, it just stays in kiosk mode. The remote is working, I can increase and decrease the volume, but I can't do much else. I got in touch with their support via their website form but the customer service guy couldn't offer any advice except press input + 2580. He gave up on me eventually.

Have you tried pressing the key code faster or slower? Some monitors are quite slow and you can't press the codes too fast. Try a nice steady pace - a smooth fast one like Menu-2-5-8-0, and then also a slow steady one like a ticking clock for pauses.

Menu, tick, 2, tick, 5, tick, 8, tick, 0

Devices can be odd about these codes. How did you enter kiosk mode?

Yup, tried it dozens of times with varying speeds. (And according to the manual it's the 'input' button, not 'menu' -I Tried both.) I put it into kiosk mode using the system settings.
