Iiyama ProLite E2773HDS Overdrive settings

well I've finally set this up after being too lazy since i bought it, I thought the od settings would be set already so need some advice what to set it at.

I've played with the colour so have it the way I want but with 5 od settings I'm totally lost.

Unless you experience ghosting/trailing switch overdrive off as it can cause reverse ghosting.
