I have seen this brand for a while on OCUK and was wondering about the background of them as I have never heard of them. What's the quality of their products? Who makes their panels? What's the customer service like?

Basically wondering if they are any good as I have never heard of them!

They've been around for quite some time, a pretty well know brand - quality is great, I currently have one but I couldnt comment on customer service as ive not had to use it thankfully!

They've been around for years and make quality monitors. When I had a CRT that broke they couriered me a new one next day, hassle free. Although this was about 6-7 years ago :D

Great! I haven't been in the monitor market since I replaced my CRT. I'm pretty old school when it comes to it- known brand + weight = good! Surprised I haven't heard of them though and thanks for letting me know they're as good as any if not better.

They made some great CRT's back in the day. I have an Iiyama 17" TFT, and also had a 19" CRT. Two of my friends also have Iiyama 17" TFT's. All the TFT's are up to 6 years old, and have been very good and reliable. I don't know how their modern monitors fare in comparison.

Never had to use their CS, and neither has anyone that I know who has an Iiyama.

Definately depends on your needs, I wouldn't expect the same image quality from an Iiyama monitor that I would from a NEC.

My NEC 20WGX2 has really good picture quality but when it comes to gaming the Iiyama monitor that I have (E2201W B2) is really good.

I still use my Iiyama 19 inch TFT as my second screen. Had it 7 years now.

I did have my original fail on me after a year, but one quick phone call had a replacement at my door the next day.

What was more impressive was that I wasn't pleased with the replacement they gave me (nothing actually wrong with it, just the colours didn't look right), so another call to Iiyama had a brand new monitor arrive the next day. Was very pleased after that. :)

just ordered the iiyama prolite e2409hds for £140 delivered and with 3years warranty hope I'v made the right choice but all the reviews are good so can't wait.

I have an Iiyama prolite 24" 1080p monitor I think there cheap tat dull colours poor brightness wouldnt have another one

By that do you mean an UltraSharp IPS monitor? I haven't had particularly good experiences with Dell's 'budget' monitors and the atrocious gamma problems sound like what you were experincing with your E2407.

Strange, the backlight on my E 2710HDSD is searing, I had to turn it down a few notches as on a largley white screen, like a google webpage for example it was simply to bright for comfort.

Maybe a faulty backlight? how old is it?

My lattitude e6400 laptop has a 14 inch 1440x900 screen and that has better colours and is brighter and sharper then my iiyama monitor, iiyama also has bad backlight bleed its just over a year old now

don't put me off now lads I'v just ordered one, lol

I have a E2607WS and I'm very happy. I was specifically looking for a 1920x1200 resolution. Yes, it is not the same quality as my 22" IPS Dell, but it is perfect for the job it does - playing games on a large screen.
