You tried to attack a city that has ships defending it. Send some attack ships of your own first.

Cool, i just upgraded 1 of mine, send me an invite, just message me and choose kulturalalbeiten (or whatever it is) from the drop down menu :)

and yes - build museums on all islands, upgrade them, get as many cultural treaties as humanly possible :) It will nicely reduce the amount of wine required to keep your people happy !

can i have treaties between my different cities to each other or has to be seperate players ?
 
Decided to quit also. Getting bored with it......

Also on Delta, currently ranked #52, have a top100 military. All my islands have a good infrastructure and all are similar to my capital (around level 20/21) a nice account really.

Likewise have also decided to quit. All my islands (5) have level 21 town. Ranked about 130 just now. 7 days till deletion if anyone wants my account.
 
Funny how we all decide to quit at the same time.

At the beginning I liked how the game was a bit calmer and less cruel than something like Ogame, but towards the end game it was getting boring. Military isn't important enough, there needs to be a bigger incentive to work on building an army.

Felt like I was playing sim city in the end.
