No medical advice please.

Just a rant about getting another cold. Had them constantly for about a month now, and since no one else in my family has one I am stumped where they are coming from so I'll probably get down the doctors on friday.

The reason its getting on my wick is that I have loads of uni work in at the moment and having a running nose, sore throat and headache all day is really ruining my ability to work.

Couldn't have come at a worse time!

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I bet it's because you're not eating properly!

I didn't realise you had managed to work out how to use web forums mum!

You are partially right, my mums a total miser and doesn't go shopping for weeks on end, so as a result there is practically no food in the house half the time. Usually all we have is beef and pasta, which doesn't exactly provide the most nutritionally balanced meals.

I pay my mum money for a reason!

I have tried buying my own food, but regardless of what I do someone else eats it so that idea is a no go unless I get hold of a lockable fridge.
