Apart from the obvious copyright violation isn't there a huge security risk of using a cracked version of XP? If some dodgy individual has gone to the trouble of preparing such a 'distribution' what’s to say they haven't also added spyware, it would be pretty simple to add a key logger that recorded every key stroke and invisibly uploaded or emailed that log file out periodically.
