Illegal System DLL relocation - HELP (XP 32)

Hi all,

I kept having problems with games freezing/crashing and no re-installing of graphics drivers helped and i know the rest of the system is 100% stable so i did a complete re-format.

Now on coming around to installing office i'm getting a wonderful error message ala...

and it refuses to go any further, is there any way of fixing this?

i'm using a CrystalXP skin (Longhorn inspirat) as i like using object dock and its all free.

EDIT - uninstalled the skin pack and its all working fine again. still doesnt explain why it screwed up though as before i re-formatted i was using the skin pack and i didnt recieve this error.

fixed it - needed to remove the latest windows hotfix. seems its been having adverse affects on plenty of people.

Still i blame MS for messing it up in the first place with a windows update, and then just adding a hotfix instead of an essential update (so doesnt get downloaded automaticly like the stupid update that messed it up in the 1st place. )
