I'm 31 in three weeks....

Gaming is on a downward slope and has been for several years, imo. I'm quite glad I've experienced the 'golden age' of gaming (which for me is mid 80s to early 2000s) rather than the console trash kids have these days.

I was 31 eight years ago. I still "game" but my range of titles is more selective than back in 2005, I mainly sim-race; M$ Texas poker; only the very odd play of UT and other stuff these days.

Im 36 started with a acorn electron and im still gaming strong on my pc and consoles.

I remember those - I googled image it to check. I'm pretty sure they were the exact same ones I had at the primary school I went to in the early 90's. My school still had Acorn Electron computers from the 80's as they didn't have enough money to buy new ones. They were pretty much the first computer I ever used. My teacher used text adventure games to teach us.

The average age of gamers is 30 i read somewhere. So youre average. 30 pfffffft kids these days, dont know they were born. When i was your age....

I am 38 next week....been gaming since the Atari 2600.

I game just as much now as I did then..probably more. I have a 10yr old son who plays xbox and mh wife plays the Lego games so weare a "gaming family".

To anyone who feels too old....dont be silly :)

I will never stop gaming, its a question the other half asked a few weeks ago, she was not happy with the answer :D
