Hey guys, i was on here a long time a go and had a huge help from you lot and actually built the system you guys suggested after you lot discussed and tweaked it a bit, unfortuantly my system is now becoming a little older i have added my own ssd 250g samsung 850 evo so wont be needing a ssd or hdd's as i have externals but will be needing a complete new setup from overclockers, also running a razer naga and keyboard so i'm good there and have 2 new monitors so good there, so just after a new rig

my current system is :

CPU Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)

Graphics K242HL (1920x1080@60Hz)

SLI Disabled

My budget aint the best i'd like to spend maybe £500 if cheaper id appreciate it i know it's cheap,times are hard, I even accept how bad my current system probably is compared to most.

With that budget, just get yourself a new GPU. The 2500K is still a decent CPU, especially if overclocked. A GTX 1070 and a decent CPU cooler will do you just fine. If you tell us which case you have we can advise on an appropriate CPU cooler
