Focus: Play WOTLK (wow) with max everything at 1920*1200 with decent fps
Aim: Probably build a v powerful pc at the same time for new games next year

Current: Nvidia 6200 TC (agp)
Pentium 4 (3.4gh)
Need i go on?

Its an old hp, about 2002 it was made so i feel its time for an upgrade :D

Price range: Up to £700(ish)

Going to be my first build hopefully my first overclock aswell
I am aware that this PC is more than enough for WoW so thats just a mild after thought :)

Current setup that I have put together

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 3.00GHz (1333FSB) - Retail £117.49
Graphics: Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail £170.36
MOBO: Asus P5Q Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard £91.64
PSU: Corsair TX 650W ATX2.2 SLi Compliant PSU £72.84
RAM: OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Reaper HPC Enhanced Bandwidth Edition Dual Channel DDR2 (OCZ2RPR800C44GK) £64.61
Case:Antec Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case £35.24
Case fans: 2* Akasa AK-191-SM Smoke Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3 pin £5.86
HDD: Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD322HJ)
£38.76
Cooling: Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/LGA775) £42.29
DVD drive: Samsung SH-S223F/BEBE 22x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black) - OEM £15.26
Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g) £4.69

So my main questions are:
What could be better for a small cost increase
What could be cheaper cause i dont need it
Is the Memory/DvD drive/Cooler/PSU correct (those are the onese i struggled with)

Any suggestions will be really appreciated this build is at £664

Firstupdates:

Ok no complaints about it so far but three things i wish to do
Firstly im thinking off knocking to a articcooling freezer 7 (£17 :P)
Secondly is that motherboard going to get me up to near 4ghz with that CPU
Thirdly who else would recomend a q6600? (primary gaming pc)

Nothing wrong with not having a modular PSU. The case is of personal preference, I like the look of the 300.

Since you plan to OC and you're investing in a top notch cooler, I've got to recommend a Q6600 over that dual core. once clocked is way more than you'd need for games now, and the extra two cores are bound to help with future titles. Not only that, but pretty much everything else outside of gaming is better with a quad.

Theres now an update in the main thread title asking about

CPU cooler change to an artic freezer pro 7 (£17 is nicer than 40ish)
Is the motherboard right for the 4ghz overclock? (if not what will this board do?)
Thirdly since its going to be wow i play on this thing and games is q6600 worth it?

I think you've selected a great spec tbh. The only thing I would change is the TX 650w to a HX 520w for similar money - but this is my preference on having a modular PSU. Rest assured that you won't need anywhere near a 520w PSU to run that system, so it will definitely be more than powerful enough!
