Buying a Compact Digital Camera - help req'd

Hi guys,

I am looking to replace my Fuji S6500 digital camera for something a little more compact.

I saw this Olympus SZ-10 camera in a shop in town earlier today http://www.olympus.co.uk/consumer/29_digital-camera_sz-10_24147.htm#

The size is ideal and the fact it has Optical zoom is an added bonus. It also has the panoramic feature which I like.

Has anyone got any experience with this camera or can anyone recommend anything else that is similar?

Budget of about £170.00

Last week I bought a Samsung WB500 for my in-laws from the Argos Ebay store.

For £89.99 its honestly a bargain, I'm very very surprised just how good the image quality is and its built like a tank.
