Im Buying a TT - What to look out for???

Hi all, The time has come for me to get the car i have wanted for a long long time! Im buying myself an Audi TT. My budget is 14k and im look at the propper 225 quattro not the 180.

My question is, is there anything i should look out for when inspecting the cars? Im going to see a one owner 52 plate with 27k on the clock later today. Any tips??
