Now my Shuttle isn't working (see my other thread) I need to buy a motherboard, case and psu. I've decided on the case and psu but I keep getting attracted to this board

But I was advised not to get it on another thread because Abit is closing and so if anything were to go wrong with it there it would be difficult to refund. Normally this would bother me but with all the things gone wrong with the Shuttle I've really had to think. But is Abit closing and wouldn't I be able to get a refund through OCUK. Am I being too cautious? What do you think?
