Im Confused?

I currently have this mobo:

I am upgrading my ram and am unsure whether the below RAM will go in it as I am unsure about this statement

"Supports Dual channel DDR2 800 memory"

Now is the 800 ^^ refering to the MHz of the RAM it is compatible with or does it mean something different?

So my final question is, can I put the below RAM in my mobo?

can you just post the names of the mobo and ram?

The motherboard can support PC-6400 Ram (800Mhz).
The links also don't work for me.

But will the 1066 RAM go in and work @ 800MHz?

I can clock from there if need be anyway (I think)

Looking at the Vendor list for memory some of the ram modules are PC 8500 and seemed to work at what I assume at downclocked speed, If your overclocking then hopefully you should get them near default speed if your board is a good clocker.
