The following message keeps popping up on my PC. I have run Kapersky AV which, is fully upto date. A. Squared, Ad Aware, Panda active scan and yet I still cannot find what it is linked to :mad:

Is it spam or possibly linked to an installed program?

You need to go into Administrator Tools then Services.

Find the one called Messenger and click STOP to disable it.

It's spam, companies use the service to send you rubbish.

Assuming that is Windows XP, you need to install Service Pack 2.

this is from the messenger service, just disable it its pointless when not on a domain..

you should really use a router and XPSP2
