im abit fragile/upset atm as i am going to be leaving my whole family/gf/life behind in two weeks when i go to the RAF...so what did i do? I put snow patrol - set to the third bar on.

You need a hefty dose of Rocky 1 followed by some Rambo. Watch these whilst drinking numerous different beers straight from the tin or bottle. Between slurps of beer practise your spitting not giving two ***** where it lands unless aiming at a male member of your family or preferably your dogs head.
