my wireless has problems seems only when i put the iMac to sleep, it takes an ages to connect on wake up, is a lot quicker than it was with tiger but still not perfect. sees the network but just keeps saying connection time out. thats with a WPA security, i believe it is something to do with the security because if i turn it off i have no issues i havent found a fix as of yet but the fastest connecting one for me so far has been WPA 2 personal

Ok i could well of found an answer well have done for mine so far, my router was set to Both g & b i changed this to just g and now it seems to be connecting instantly even from sleep might work for yourself, but if you have any b wireless items they wont work

which are b? and yes i have restarted

like i said before, WPA is faster for mine than WEP was i tried them all! plus WPA is more secure so win win really but i would try setting ya router to just G has seemed to work here for me

WEP = Fail.

Glad you sorted it though, it can be frustrating when things break out of the blue.
