im having issues with my pc

whenever i use photoshop or bethesda launcher, it doesnt show anything moving if i make a change on photoshop i have to minimize the program to the task bar then maximise it to see the change. the same with bethesda launcher downloading a game, i cant see the progress bar change unless i minimize and maximise, what is the problem and how do i fix it. its really annoying

I am afraid I don't know the answer. But have a think about the last time it was working. What has changed on your PC (software or hardware) since then?

nothing really. i havnt updated it other than the windows auto updates, and havnt added anything. the only thing i did have was one of those things that changes your home page. but i got rid of that with an anti virus, but it was acting up before that. for example before that if i opened photoshop it would load up then crash, UNLESS i right clicked a photo then opened it with photoshop, then it would work, then it went from that to the freezing thing
