Now that I own a car...I kind of don't really need a practical bike anymore!

So im thinking of chopping in the DL650 and getting myself another GSX-R 600 (k7).
Because I miss my old one so much!

I had a k7 600 - fantastic bike! I loved it. It's hard to fault anything about it to be honest, it was very comfy for a sportsbike and i'm 6ft. The only thing is having to scream the nuts off it.. but that is the same with any modern 600cc. It has more mid range than other 600cc sports bikes though..

Deffo go for the 750 though if you can find the extra pennies for insurance, same bike.. just a few more ponies!

Only issue is the 750 costs £400 more to insure than the 600 of the same year!
And Adam at castldine's doesn't have any 2nd hand 750 availible.

The 600 im looking at is a black ones with 4k miles on it. 6 months old.

I think ide be inclined to ignore the itch till i had the extra money for the 750, after all, chilly tho it may be, we're not fully in winter yet, & that would be when ide be looking to buy if i wanted more for my money.

Sorry but i think the new GSXR600 is a bit of a minger! I love it all apart from the front. Much prefer the older 07/08/09 models

Dont get me wrong the k7 looks better and if I could buy my old bike back I would.
But the 2012 bike rides so well especially with the brembo brakes and the big piston forks.

Yeah - if you can live with the Walrus front end then i'm sure it's better in every other aspect. Go buy it...
