I moved from Norton Internet Security 2002, which i'm sure was a wise decision. At the moment my machine is being defended by the trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0. I like this piece of software.
However, it's £40! Is it really worth that much just for a year's subscription?
I tried NOD32 and unfortunately that conflicted with my computer. I tried Zone Alarm and that didn't like my connection. I tried Kerio, but that didn't like my computer either.

So here I am trying Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0, and its great :)

Kaspersky has the best detection engine of any AV in the world bar none. If Kaspersky can't remove it, then no program will, but then what do you expect from a security solution made by ex-KJB members. :D

NOD32 is a close second though, but is better for me as it's lightning-fast whereas Kaspersky isn't too slow but just isn't as nippy. :)

Good choice of AV. ;)

Hear the firwall can be a bit tricky to get running smoothly on some rigs, but i'm sure you'll be fine if you experiment. Either way, it's leagues above Norton. :)

ive just started to use Kaspersky and im finding 1 of the best virus killers around, as its a lot better that Mcafee, my old virus killer :)
