ive recently purchased a dfi lanparty ultra-D and thought i would try out the onboard audio with my medusa headset V my soundblaster live 5.1 soundcard, i have to say im a little shocked...
i have always derided onboard sound cards for being abysmal but this one has supprised me, could it be that realtek finally made a good onboard solution ???
the clarity and frequency response seems to be far above what my PCI card can give, the base is lovely too! the only con is there is a slight and very very quiet pop every few minutes that i cant quite work out the cause of, but to be honest i think i can live with it...![Smile :) :)](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/smile.gif)
