Im impressed with Core i5

Just built my new machine managed to cram Core i5 760, p55 itx board, gtx470, 520w psu, optical, ssd, regular hdd, coolit eco into such a small case the lian li q08 and its currently idling at 20 degrees C and 44degrees under load, my Q8200 was idling at 40odd degrees in a big case with mid range cooler.

(yes i know a poor excuse for, wow i have a new pc post)

You sure its not the new cooler? Because I see that the 2 chips are 45nm & similar voltages though different microarchitecture

I agree with the OP my i3 530 dual core and the i7 750 where surprisingly cooler than expected and I am running those two CPU's on the stock Intel coolers.

You must live in a cold house.
My room temp is 24c and I havent even turned the heating on yet... That wont go on till November.
