Just at Heathrow trying to recover from my trip to Germany (bloody knackered)... I hate airports. :/

Flight leaves at 2215 - means I get there at 425 local time :/ I should have tried to fly directly there - none of this transfer rubbish.

I'd be excited if I didn't hate travelling so much

Yeah just in our main flat there (the one you went to - did you see the other one? aka the dump?) - got a lot of admin to do, people to see, bills to pay, do a bit of diplomacy with people which will include a lot of eating no doubt

Lots of family to see as ever - I'm trying to get into "Cypriot" mode... Yup I feel greasy already

Won't stay in the villa really though might just go and give it a once over, see Metin, have some food at his restaurant - you remember those eh Gilly?

I've got a lot of pics like that... they're less tetchy about it now as they've relaxed the borders somewhat now. I have some pics of inside the "un buffer zone" i.e. the UN base, took pictures of them de-mining the no man's land (from a distant) and the old nicosia airport too - riddled with bullet holes
