I'm looking for a better cooler

Hi all - What would be better than my current Scythe Ninja II?
Needs to be at least as quiet as the Ninja but with better cooling efficiency. Also something smaller would be nice.
Max spend £75.

Also the Noctua NH D14 is well worth a look. Just make sure you don't have RAM sticks with tall heatspreaders.
