Hi all,

I've been considering a custom PC for gaming for some time now , at the moment I only want it to play flight simulator and war zone. Im new to this, so any advice would be great. My budget would be £1200 hope that's enough?

Flight simulator is a demanding game, but your budget limits options.
3060 Ti is not in stock, but affordable modern card to assist with flight sim.
32 Gigabytes of fast RAM, that game likes RAM apparently.
You could swap the motherboard and CPU to save money and provide an upgrade later on for below. AMD route.

I have tried to provide fast and overclockable parts for speed and upgrade path. With the 3600 AMD CPU, you could fit an AMD 5800-5900 X later when the price drops.

OP I'm in the same boat as you at the moment. All I'll say is don't be afraid to shop around for the best deals. I've been using a well known auction site for lightly used or new parts and I'm saving plenty of money.

Good luck with the build :)

It was out of stock at the time...otherwise would have referenced it. Hindsight is so 20/20 eh?
Must have been out of stock for really short time, because SN550s have been in stock consistently for a some time now.
(pretty much checking daily when posting link in PC build threads)

Too bad we can't have same situation with graphics cards...
