Did you play the Assassins Creed (1)? The story to the second one literally begins at the end of the first game.

You've only just started the game. You need to carry on, get your assassin's outfit and then start assassinating people. :D

The premise of ACII is that you [Desmond Miles] are getting "on-the-job" training on how to be an assassin by performing as Ezio hundreds of years earlier.

No, I don't think it really does. It's just your mission. There is no "before" and "after" scenarios in the game where you see what the assassination does. You just have to do it.

But the assassinations aren't just random people, you need to get your hands on a "piece of eden" which will all become clear as the game goes on. And then there's the ending "shocker".

If it's anything like the first one then it will be a series of identical missions in cut and paste villages before fighting the final and most fearsome boss which will probably be a bald guy.

Crikey, I know you said you have concentration issues, but 5 mins!?!

Thats like kicking off the first game in manager mode in FIFA and expecting to have won the league 5 times by half time...

Give it time.

Robert de sablé was the grand master of the knights templar in the first game yes, and yes he was bald :p

However the final and 'big' boss in the first game would be Al Mualim, altairs master.

Oh I thought it was that bald dude in the first one, Robert or something? I haven't played it for ages though. :(

The second one is set in Italy isn't it? I think that the final boss would have a moustache.

I meant that the second isn't like the first. Far better paced and very good.
