I'm now a vegatarian

There's plenty of books and sites out there. Generally go for a lot of Quorn and veggie alternatives. Beans, rice and Mediterranean roasted veg + Quorn and inspiration and you'll be fine. Curries are great, Thai especially.

I would advise you to generally stay away from supermarket own brand veggie stuff, its horrible and packed with so much fat.

Been veggie for 9 years now and i never usually have a problem with meals as i like pretty much every vegetable.

The Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall River Cottage Veg Every Day book is absolutely fantastic if you have a veggie in the family or if you want to eat good veggie. It's proper bloke food, no Quorn surprise, cheesy pasta bake, brown food etc etc. There are some really good recipes in there. The main trend I noticed was that most of his recipes are heavy on cheeses, so keep you full and keep the fats and proteins up :)

good choice, im nearly a year Pescatarian and feel much healthier and im eating cleaner and more varied foods now.

BBC goodfood is a good site to get you started really and as above. quorn mince, mozzeralla burgers etc are a great way of getting into it to begin with. Linda McCartney stuff is the shizz.

its really not a hard transition at all.
