yes, yes i am. for a good year, ive had to put up with their lack of actual people to talk to when you have a problem (ie living breathing people, not machines...) not to mention the difficulty i had actually finding a help number!! my bill has suddenly soared from £20 to £119 because they didnt inform me that my kind of tarriff didnt exist anymore, or something like that.. my phone constantly has no signal and now my messages are not being recieved by anyone- and my boyfriend, also with o2, is also failing to recieve messages from anyone...

what on earth is going on, o2???

now, do i change company? unfortunately im not one to change easily, a pure convenience thing.. but this is really playin me about so, what other tarriffs or companies are recommended?

my contract runs out about now, i like modern phones (not flip phones!!) and need about 1000 texts and 100 mins a month... 02 is offering me that for £35, with the extra texts being a £16 bolt on, and they have sent me a new simcard.. total being £46.

a safe bet, or not? im stuck for a year if i make the wrong choice, with any company

a real human?

could be worth it...

will a new customer o2 deal do for someone just renewing their contract, though?

^^ what do you mean???

checked out their phone range too (yes size does matter... and shinyness) which isnt as extensive as others..
