I'm in a really bad mood over this, so anyone who cares to read and tell me to shut up and get over it please do. BTW i'm 20 yrs old.
My girlfriend Charlotte broke up with me a few months ago, we were together for 3 years, so obviously i'm feeling a little rejected right now. Anyway, the actual story which is about a different girl, this is just background info.
Basically when I was about 10 i met this girl called Augusta (not to be mistaken for Augustas Gloop from Charlie and the Chocolate Facotry) and I have know her all through secondry school, although we were never really close friends, just knew each other and always fancied each other, but nothing ever happened. She always rejected me whenever i asked her out in my early teens, apparently she was scared or something.
Anyway, the other week she texts me out of the blue and starts striking up conversation which then led to looooong chats on MSN. She kept saying things like "how come we never got together" (of course I didnt reply with "because you always said no you dumb ****") anyway we were getting on really well,and she seemed much nicer than i rememebr, so we arranged to meet up tomorrow. She was making out that it was a date and that she wanted to get to know me better, especially as she is back from uni in April and perhaps see how things go between us, which came as a bit of shock to me but i went along with it.
Anyway, last night on MSN she went all weird, said she had a text from her ex. I just said "well if you don't want to meet up thats fine". She said "its ok i still want to see you, he is just drunk and texting me"
Anyway, today she texts me and says "Really sorry, not sure how to say this but i cant see you tomorrow night"
To which i reply - "well thats a pretty good way of saying it. Do you want to rearrange or do you not want to see me at all?"
She then says - "I don't know, its just really bad timing, i have problems with my ex. I am really sorry, im not trying to be a bitch"
So i then just ignored her. I havent heard anything else from her, she hasnt been on MSN and im really ****** off about it, because im fed up of stuff like this.
Anyway, sorry for the rant. My initial thought, all along really but obviously especially now, was that she was just messing me around and leading me on. Maybe she does just have problems (or maybe sorted things out) with her ex. So yeah. Thanks for letting me vent. bye
