Late on Saturday evening my keyboard started playing up, some of the keys appeared to be sticking. Not physically but electronically. No spillage and I always keep it clean. Every few months I spray some foam cleaner onto a lint free cloth and give the keyboard a clean, the last time was a couple of weeks ago.

At 01:20 on Sunday morning, I ordered a new one online and the estimated delivery date was Wednesday.

When I got up yesterday morning and started using it, it seemed OK but it was too late to cancel the order but then in the evening it started playing up again.

The new one was delivered this morning, two days ahead of scheduled.

Couldn't resist taking this.

Not sure what the point to this thread is, apart from showing off two keyboard and sharing a cool story bra about super fast delivery :)

Was at least hoping it would be one of the new Touch keyboards :p

I did seriously consider that but Touch ID doesn't work on my 2017 iMac so it would be a waste.

When they release a replacement for the 27" iMac, it'll come with a Touch ID keyboard anyway :)

Should have got MX instead. :D
I just took delivery of my MX Keys this morning - initial impressions it’s a solid keyboard, figuratively and literally.

I’ve had a few Logitech keyboards over the years and they’ve been fine, never anything special. Some were fairly high end although this is certainly the most expensive I’ve bought.
It’s replacing my Magic Keyboard 2 (non numeric) which I’ll keep for my iPad when needed.

If I were to have any other keyboard for a Mac, it'd be a big noisy buckling spring jobbie, the same as the one I've just bought for the office.

I'd rather be using that, it looks way more comfortable to use than the other one that looks like it has ZX spectrum keys on it :p
