I received a dozen or so emails last night, all of which were sent from my own account to that same account. Essentially I'm sending myself spam emails. Now, I'm sure I've not had my PC compromised as I'm quite diligent with security so I'm assuming I'm being 'spoofed'. The message headers in Office Outlook 2013 show the 'Received' IP addresses as coming from various different countries such as Saudi, Turkey and a couple from Taiwan.

Is there anything I can do to about it at this point or is it just a case of having to wait until they stop?

Could you explain that a little more m8? When you say 'Email Agent' do you mean blacklist it within Outlook 2013? Which domain could be blacklisted? The domain relating to the IP address? Here's the Traced IP info for one of the mails originating from Turkey:-

You should be able to filter the spam emails straight to trash. Are you using webmail or a desktop client?

Creating a rule is an option but you are right - I do sometimes forward things onto myself from other devices for example. So not ideal.

I'm just hoping that no one else is receiving spoofed emails from my address, as its even coming up with my name on the header details. Damn annoying!

Just checked in my cPanel and I already have SPF and DKIM enabled. Can't see a setting for DMARC though. I haven't got SpamAssasin enabled though. Is it worth switching it on?

Screenie of what it says in there:-
