I'm so confused...

Okay here it goes; lets start at the top, me and my girlfriend are at uni together. She has always had trust issues with me; though these are always in her imagination, and of late my flat mate has been helping her out with some Adobe Premiere stuff. Now i figured this was all innocent, but i had my suspicions to him having a second agenda.

Now i have always trusted her fully and as the relationship is almost at the 2 year mark i feel i can read her pretty well. So this evening i decide to pop down to see her out of the blue, as i walk to her flat i walk past her window.

Now she did not have the curtains drawn and the light was on, so i and anyone else could see into the room, and there it is her kissing him! And just to rub it in before she looks up to see me starring in disbelief i saw her smile at him. She then sees me and i walk off as i am lost as to what to do. She comes up to my flat and tries to blame it all on him, all i can think is that i know she enjoyed it from the smile on her face, i take her down to her mates to look after her and go back to mine wanting to kill the guy. One of my flat mates then walks down stairs and asks the guy why he did it, he then denies it happened to our mates face, my flat mate then walks off in utter disbelief that he could lie to his face like that.

So here i am now lost as to what to do or say and other than going over what happened again and again i have not been able to think straight since, in fact this is a nice way of thinking about something other than wanting to kill the guy!

Well sorry if that bored the rest of the world but if you got to the end any advice would be great as I'm in a mess...

yeah i need to stay on this course. Just have not got a clue what to do next, feel like killing at the moment I'm sure it will pass.

Agreed, don't do anything stupid - but at the same time don't put up with any BS either.

As others have said; dump them both in my eyes, cheating is unforgivable and will play on your mind for the rest of your times together should you stick with it.

Punch him hard in the face, THEN dump them both.

Or request a transfer to some other flat, on the grounds that you fear for his safety.

Make sure you're around proper mates. Don't talk to either of them for at least a couple of days to let yourself calm down.

THEN dump her cheating arse, and tell your flatmate never to speak to you again.

Ask what the hell is was playing at. People do make mistakes, I've made them and I'm sure you have. Anything can happen in the heat of the moment. Although its terrible what you saw it may not be as black and white as it seems. I understand how silly that sounds, I'm struggling to convey my point!

I kind of get the point; i just can't see how she has an excuse. Would she have told me if i did not see it for my self? I will never know for sure, and i don't feel i can trust her
