So that the police in Cardiff can spend all night towing away vehicles that are not actually illegally parked.

There was a senior plod plus some yes men and one fairly decent WPC out ticketing cars and immediately having them, towed away from an area with restrictions in effect from 7am till 6pm I witnessed an old couples car (with disabled sticker) getting towed and they were told simply they had been warned via radio (so the police are wasting yet more resources on radio advertising performing an illegal action)

Its funny how they know that there won't be any murders or assaults or vandalism or burgulary, you know all the crimes that are actually serious.

If they are on a parking clampdown, why didnt they remove the cars parked in the bus lane outside the Mosque this afternoon?

you should try living in surrey, the council tax is extortion, the roads are falling apart, you never see a copper unless hes got a speed gun in his hand, there are traffic wardens everywhere its 70p an hour or 60p 30 mins in centre of guildford, oh and the bin men are rubbish
