im thinking of buying a netbook with linux on but i want xp on there but no cd drive

Im thinking of buying a Asus eeepc900A-WHI019L as its cheap enough for me but the only problem is it comes with linux & i would perfer xp on there. Would it be as simple of hooking up a external cd/dvd rom drive & being able to install xp or is it going to be harder & that to get xp on there.

Yep you can either plug in a USB CD drive or can use a USB Memory stick - there are a few guides on the web.

Thanks for the replies & many thanks for that link il have to test that out as iv got a usb stick already & if i can get that to work it will save me a few £'s on a external cd-rom drive if i dont get along with linux, iv never used it before thats why i wanted xp as its when im used to
