I'm trying to reset my windows 10....stuck at keyboard layout

im keeping my personal files but as soon I hit reset and go to keyboard layout. my mouse and keyboard just doesn't work, so i reset the system, it put me back to normal, files intact etc. need help!

Are they plugged into USB 3 ports? If so, try USB 2

Are you using a hub,if so take it out and use the ports directly.

Yeah I have tried the USB2

and they're in direct contact also. many others have this problem as well if they tried to reset the pc. it's something they have not solved properly :/
